Pinks and reds are pretty standard fashion colors here in China. Yellow used be associated with pornography (printed porn was called "yellow papers"); thus, yellow has not been a major player in the clothing market. However, this year, yellow has really taken off. I saw four women wearing yellow tennis shoes in a 15 minute walk this morning! I really do need to get a photo of those shoes . . . didn't have my camera with me this morning!
